Then I think getting 10k a month back for a year is a serious saving. Otherwise it's just a great marketing plan from Volvo to put big numbers in front of your eyes while they empty your wallet. That money you are "getting back" must come from somewhere though. So what they do is take the discount/margin in the vehicle and use that to offset the monthly payments. Rather take the discount and buy the vehicle at well below Retail price. Your total finance cost will be +-R100k less over the period (depending on discount that they give) If you finance @ retail price you will be married to that vehicle as you wont be able to get a trade in price close to what you owe the bank (even more so on a Volvo) That first year will be magic though Me rida my bicycle and lechatnoir 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
