I don't take many pictures of anything and I think I tend to enjoy 'the happening' more than those who fuss over 'the shot'. Quagga wasn't even rude or angry about laying down his frustration. I'm with you bro, it takes a dead someone or bad something to happen before people realise that driving while texting is honestly not worth it.

WRT other companies, I do take it up with them and if it does not improve I go higher up the chain. However the problem here is that the owner is also guilty. GOOD on you for taking it up directly with the company ! Even better for following up. Each and every one of us KNOW somebody that has been the victim of "distracted driving". Just think of Mailman on the forum, almost three months since his accident, new bike and a serious medical bill, and still not able to ride yet ... due to a "distracted driver" not stopping at a stop street. Sadly we expect a certain amount of bad driving from "other companies". Surely companies in the cycling community should be held to a higher standard !

Eddy Gordo Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 The problem is that the majority sees this as accepted norm. as do alot of companies, who cant be too bothered as long ass the job is done.Never mind how dangerous and inconsiderate they are to other road users. Other day on the radio, some cop or minister said something about doing more to prosecute this inconsiderate driving. Waiting to see ..........

He watched and anticipated him coming,in his rearview guy was looking at phone.But then people will say " mind your own business"etc But this is how their actions now becomes your brothers problem...Insurance goes up, ecess needs to paid and claimed back from bakkie driver, your brother without his car for weeks etc This happened to me also, on the weekend that i really needed MY car not a rental as my car a tow bar....
