I thought we were close man! Maybe I have too many old buddies all over the globe ... and maybe we have spoken about this new tax too often .... so I DO "understand" why he is doing it. That said, YES, it is very sad. emotionally .... more anger towards those burocrats forcing our friends and family to make these decisions ....
