[emoji102] Meintjes has attacked from the peloton

Also referred to today by Matt Stevens's commentary as 'Louis Mandjies'

Awesome to see him animate the racing after an extended break from the sharp end of racing

Looks like a cool finalé

Go, Michael Woods! His first time in leader's jersey, unidentifiable in blue.

Gotta love his Superman Flying gesture as he crossed the line.

Reminiscent of Wiggo sealing his Tour de France victory with a stunning time trial.

He is one guy that I love to see winning, Michael Woods. Like Roglic, he joined the pro ranks much later than the average talent who grew up racing bicycles. So, participating at this level means a lot, never mind winning.

He was on the Tour team squad, prior to the news that he will be going to ISN.

Do you think he was booted because of this, or form?

Enjoying the TA racing quite a lot.

Yesterday’s finish..... if you watched the riders on the fringes especially on the RH side of the screen it was really hectic and dangerous, thankfully none of the riders hit a tree, pole, electrical box, etc...... There was some shoulder rubbing going on amongst the front group in the last few km’s that would have the TDF race commissaires in a panic and reaching for their naughty rider flag....

Froome made a welcome albeit a brief appearance at the front to pull GT on the last lap

Thomas to pull back 39s over 10kms?  Don't remember Yates being as a good a TT'ist?

Think it is maybe too much.

Edit: Anyone have the start times?

Nah, 39s over 10km is probably unlikely.

But maybe Majka can score 16s, who knows?

It is unlikely but possible. Fillipo Ganna was 26 seconds faster than Rowan Dennis and they are both time trial specialists.

Good point. Wonder what Dennis will give as a reason, he destroyed Ganna at the 2019 Worlds, so what now? Even Campenaerts beat Dennis.
