I suspect you had some old bookmarks that were redirecting in unexpected ways.

I was experiencing a badly laid out Home Page (things were quite jumbled).

Endured it for a week or so but it has come right now - on my cellphone. Thank you...

We made some changes to the homepage over the weekend. It's likely there was some old code cached in your browser that was causing it to display strangely. It has now been refreshed for the newer files.

Spoke to soon - the problem is back, tried everything - Strange, because yesterday everything worked fine - thisd is the msg i get now

pasted the bookmark as an app on my desktop which seems to work okay

I get the same when on certain corporate networks or VPN that blocks bikehub (and other sites) This redirects you to a landing page that has the certificate issue. So good idea to check on different WIFI/networks or turn off VPN if you have it on.
