When we were there last weekend it was SUPER dry, wouldn't surprise me at all, but having said that, there were already signs all over of there having been controlled burns, still, it is entirely possible that an uncontrolled fire started with how dry it is there at the moment Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

With the wind yesterday, I would not be surprised if it was a controlled fire that got out of hand, or even a fire from adjacent property that blew over into the reserve. Frosty Posted July 29 Share It's in the SE corner of the reserve,with the wind blowing from the SW, so it's currently limited to the far left (as you look towards the reserve).
