Rock Shox noise

I have this interesting sound that's developed on my Specialized Epic 2020.

To my understanding the shock is new. 

Complete Cyclists have said I should bring it in and they'll fix it but I'm quite curious if anyone know what the issue could actually be here?

Hi there.  Mine made the same noise.  It needs to go in for a service.

Rebound circuit likely has a worn seal, air has got in where it is not supposed to be. Makes a squiggy sound.

We can even drop the helmets and cleats, not like they are designed for a purpose ????

Mine did the same afyer 100km...took it back andvthey sent it in...been fine ever since...a lot if them do it initially. According to complete cyclist its a seal inside that goes but theres an upgraded seal that they supply now...ive heard about quite a few that did it...my friend bought same bike as mine...also did same thing but after initial repair its fine

In Nike world "Air" = Gel so Stan's is preinstalled. They took the Just do it slogan proactively

It was just a post in jest, mainly from the people speaking to mechanics about the weird noise their car makes, at which point when the mechanic inspects the car or drives with the person, the noose is of course not there.

 

I’ll try and keep my attempts at humour to the few NCR topics that still float around here…
