Still haven't done a long ride in a while, maybe it's time to start the endurance training... I did a 5h20 and a 4h46 rides in france in july, then a 4:27 at Val de Vie in september, hopefully this week I get a couple long rides in ! Thankfully support vehicles will not be allowed to follow the riders again. That would have been a monumental FU with 4x4's overtaking slower teams in the latter stages. It didn;t work so well in the first decade of this century. Sanity has prevailed. Bonnievale is back to a Neutral Zone Untimed feed stop of 30min.
