Hey guys

Hope you don't mind, but thought I would start a new thread for Black Friday 2023 - great if people could share deals, links etc that pop up and are worth looking at.

Cycle Lab and Evo already got some awesome deals I see:

Happy sharing

that's a hefty discount if you're in the market.

Do your homework ....

Few weeks back the NORMAL price for Assos bibs at Bike Addict was R2775, for the GT C2 ....

Magically the RRP is now higher ... special price slightly lower.

Why BS us with an inflated RRP ?

Just say the special is R225.

I have said this before and will repeat it, black Friday is a well-organised scam. but different strokes for different folks. Takealot is very good in manipulating RRP

RE: Takealot – literally saw an item for sale last week: R5,799

This weekend: "Early access" (Black Friday deal): R6,399

😂

Typical!

Beware all those who are gullible.......there be dragons on Black Friday.

I'm in the market for a specific Canon Camera and Lens. I went so far as to set up a EXCEL spreadsheet to keep track of prices.

Prices in September/OCTOBER were proper specials, 20% lower than current "Specials". Stuff right now is just inflated retail prices with supposed "savings".

Delayed gratification will win out in the end. I'll keep a tight grip on my Randelas till somewhere in the new year when they want to make revenue targets again thank you very much.
