At what point is "name & shame" acceptable on BH?

Agreed on this.

Many times the "seller" thinks they have gotten away with it until their name appears on here then only all of a sudden do they want to fix the "mistake", If they don't end up on here, They just let it play out and hope it "goes away". But as you stated the mere fact that a FAKE P.O.P was sent was a clear indication that A - it was never going to be sent or B - to "buy themselves some time" to source what what they initially listed for sale, and that right there would've ended any and all amicable communication between myself and the seller and I would have exposed them to atleast warn all others for the future no matter what the "reason" is.

I think all fraud, regardless of amount of money must be reported to the forum..

I’ve had a bad feeling.. searched the forums found the thread with the ID that had just been sent to me and I blocked the asshole.. I would have been scammed for a couple thousand rands if not for the forum..

6 pages and not one name and 'nary a drop of shame .... it's like a bond villain

"And now Mr Bond ... you will die, but first listen to my long elaborate expose of my character's motivation, and then you will die ... and one ... and two, .... and three ...., but wait..."

So, after some sage advice from another Hub member, I also tried other ways of contacting this person first to resolve matters before trying to expose him. Nothing. No reply to Hub messages, Whatsapp messages or phone calls.

Seeing that every effort I have made have just been ignored, I would strongly advise (despite all the other good reviews) against buying anything from Zaheer Malik.

I know that it won't bring me anything, in fact I might have lost any chance of resolving this or get money back, but hopefully it saves one other person from being conned. Many might feel differently, but once bitten, twice shy.

Hopefully, @Zaheer malik from Wadee Cycles will please explain why he takes Hubber's money, sends fake PUDO details, and then ghosts the buyer. I also hope the buyer receives his correct goods delivered for free or a full refund, including his postage already spent.

Kindly also contact the administrators of the Hub.

They dont take kindly to "bad business practices" on the Hub.

@Matt

Apparently this was reported to admin but no response received.

Snip: BTW I also reported this individual to admin (but have not received any kind of confirmation or reply)...

@SuperDooperSnooper - Sorry to hear about your unresolved issues with this seller. We did receive your report and have had several similar complaints. While this seller has resolved issues in other cases, the pattern of poor communication, delivery and unresolved transactions has led us to now suspend their account.

I apologise for not responding directly to your initial report. We review all reports but don't always send individual responses - they do build an important history that informs our decisions on future reports and actions like this suspension.

We'll take action against repeat problematic behaviour regardless of payment method, though we do have more options to help when issues arise through Bike Hub Pay. Unfortunately, a suspension doesn't help resolve your specific issue.

@Barry - I don't see any reports from you about this seller in our system. If you submitted through another channel and we missed it, I apologise. Rest assured you weren't actively ignored.

Hi @Matt, I apologize for the confusion. I could have worded my post better. Just to clarify, the report was sent to you by @SuperDooperSnooper; I merely made a snippet repost of the original post he made.

Hi there :)

I was reading the thread on insoles and I’ve been debating whether or not they’d help me with my shoe comfort. Is there any chance I could give your Spez ones a try? I also have size 44 shoes so should fit. I’m based in Durban so happy to pay for the Pudo to get them down here if you’re happy to send them?😊

Have a lovely weekend!

Tim

Is this seller based out in Vereeniging/Vdbijl area? Name seems familiar to a guy I bought something ARB from a year. Or 2 ago ..
