Sports drinks??

I've tried a few different makes now - Refuel, fast fuel, fit and USN.

 

Of the lot I think that fast fuel is the most pleasant tasting but it is giving me stomach cramps lately. I'm about to try Energy Dynamics.

 

It is also apparently supposed to have some or other "slower release" formula. Whadaya think?

I have the same problem, tried everything, the only that works here is Game, although in the States I used the Hammer products and that was awesome! Wish Icould get here.

imm with token - CYTOMAX. 

 

their pre-performance is also very good. 

 

one serving of pre-performance & two bottles of cytomax is all i have during a 100km race.  never needed any gells / bars etc. after i started with the cytomax.

I have the same problem and end up puking sometimes after a ride.Switched to water.Going to try TT's Game this weekend.At least it tastes nice

Yeah, you know there's none of this scientific crap in there just old fashioned MSG (probably not), 2 level scoops for a normal sized water bottle, besides it tastes nice.

I use Energy Dynamics (Hannele is such a good sales person), and have never had any troubles. Just don't mix it to the recommended concentration - it is overpoweringly sweet and sticky then.
