1.78 - 76kg but I know a guy who is probably about 1.82, weighing in at 95kg and is still very competitive on the bike!

Starve yourself for a week and loose some of the rugby build. .  liposuction might help as well.

as long as its rugby player build and not rugby fa build

It took quite a bit of work to get the muscle mass up in the first place but im sure it wont be too hard to rid of some muscle.

 

The strength part isnt a problem, I have oodles of that but Im thinking along the lines of setting up a nice light roadie and then me being the extra weight!
