For the 94.7 on Sunday, my mom me made baby baked potatoes and put some salt on them, I kept about 5 in packet in my pocket in a packet, man were they awesome, really helped keep me from getting hungry, they was easy to chew and swallow and tasted great. Dates are also good, but not too many, loads of protein in them.

On a serious note, try citronella body cream, I know you get it at some outdoor shops, apparently the scent of citronella is a natural insect repellent. That's the best I can think of to avoid getting bitten.

Honestly, I have my doubts, but when I asked him, he said he rode 55km's, I decided rather leave it alone... don't want to cause any neighbourly conflicts.
