This is really sad. Last night on my way home there was a cyclist knocked down on the West Coast road, near Dolphin Beach at around 6ish. Anyone know any more info?

I'm a world-class sniffer! I irritate the hell out of whoever I'm riding with, but I refuse to try any other dispensing techniques. Besides the fact that it is completely un-lady-like, I just know I'll mess it up and end up with snot on my face!

Is anyone else eating like a MILLION bugs when they train? On Saturday in Worcester I ate a few, and this morning on the West Coast Road I felt like all the families of the bugs who have ever died on my windshield were ganging up on me! I could not get past the Rietvlei quick enough! I'm all for re-fuelling on the bike...but this is just crazy!
