NOT GOOD NEWS!! My condolences to Family & Friends!!! RIP Fellow cyclist!! I once appeal to all cyclists to take care out there when training. Be Safe and make yourself as visible as possible. Wear a Hi Visibility vest and switch on your rear light even during the day. We always maintain it will not happen to us. Please, please I beg you, do not worry what people will say or think of the way you look with the Hi-Vis vest. Rather think of your family & friends!!! Be Safe & God Bless !!!!!

Just a suggestion. Use a wrist guard (available at Dischem) for the first two weeks just to take a bit of pressure off the wrist and keep on spinning!!!
