my fantasy team for today is selected with my heart
Proper bike racing. The lumps being a tad to much for the sprinters and GC contenders to hang with Wout
Its the Tour de France and the emotions are high. Not just for the riders, support staff & families but also for TheHub. A rest day will calm the nerves of this bunch thats for sure.

Pogi has yet to drop Roglic on a climb...30-35min climbs would play to Jonas's strengths.
The sprinters will have their day...but can they challenge Wout over the lumps...
KOM...will the French flair be enough to beat Woodsie/Jacob...
And can QS help me not sit at the bottom of the fantasy league.
😬 lekker Yves. Lekker Eve vir jou my maat.

The IsoSpeed on the rear was a set and forget affair - I had mine set in the most compliant position both for riding and racing - and I loved how much the bike soaked up road noise. It felt like a jet fighter - above everything (the road), like the road was not even felt. It did give a bit of a muted ride feel but i loved it considering the state of JHB roads.
Hearing the IsoFlow is more like being set in the firmest position - i'd like to try one out.
I expect it might feel harsher. But would also correct the subtile misbalance felt in the older bike. The front was firmer than the rear and could be felt no matter what setting the IsoSpeed was set to.
That said, i still absolutely love and miss my old Madone.
Its nice to see a frameset that looks different from the rest - there is no mistaking its a Trek. Most other aero bikes all somewhat look like they fell out the same mold.
Not having ridden top end bikes like these...the Trek is the only main brand really appealing to me.
I woke up thinking Froome might throw a curve ball at le tour…
not wanting to be funny or anything, but it sounds very different to the tune that was whistled 2 years ago re unethical practice to implement bubbles.

When we were TheHub we had kit...bikehub doesnt have.

And then said riders team should be allowed to add an extra rider.. Oh well...
Cav has had enough chances while riding for DD to go for the record.
I joined the savings account to get a refund for my flight, but alas nothing....

I have Dura Ace 7800 on my roadbike on the trainer and I was wondering if it’s best to get a new crank as they seem to be having a sale, or is it an option to send my existing crank in to have the module fitted? My wheel-on trainer setup consists of a cadence and speed sensor along with the HR monitor. This is great for zone 2 workouts but doing HIIT sessions it’s not very accurate without a PM.
Thoughts?
Why are you the way you are? 😋
Save that groupset for a vintage build.
Assioma for easy recharge etc. Personally I have the Garmin Vector 3s and really enjoying them.
