  1. It's like going through your neighbors holiday photos to durban. That been said the novelty wears off. I mostly just use mine on the dirt bike with my kids.
  2. Easy outs should be your best option.
  3. Censorship, I won't stand for it. Neither will Christopher Reeves.
  4. I used a small long padlock on my fortuner pin.
  5. Relax mate, Aussies are great.
  6. I used a semi rigid bag, wrapped in plastic with numerous fragile stickers all over the bag. No issues at all. My family had 5 tickets on the plane and checked 14 bags in. Our collective (160 kg) mass was applied so the bikes indervidual mass was irrelevant to the check-in process. Too heavy and you will get a damaged bike as it will be handled rougher.
  7. Your baggage allowance is dependent on the rules in place when you booked your flight. I booked in March and flew late August, the 150 rule applied and I had no issues with my bike bag.
  8. Been down this decision road, ended up selling my eastons and buying a set of duraace c24s. Loved the eastons but the shimano setup rocks. Shimano hubs are cheap and easy to service.
  9. I used a polar CS600 for over 10 years, now with the windows 10 issue I moved to garmin. Polar let me down and have permanently lost a once loyal customer.
  10. Slight hijack - has anyone experienced any damage to their bike while flying emerates? Need to fly in late August (durban, bubai to brisbane) Thanks
  11. Correct. But effective 15 April 2016 this changed. Baggage policy for Africa For tickets issued on or after 15 April 2016 For itineraries commencing in any destination in Africa, the piece concept applies. Customers beginning their journey in Africa are allowed two bags of up to 23kg each in Economy Class, and two bags of up to 32kg each in First Class or Business Class. This will apply regardless of the country in which the ticket was purchased. If the free baggage allowance is exceeded, normal excess charges apply. For tickets issued before 15 April 2016 The baggage allowance for passengers with tickets issued before this date on journeys originating in Africa will continue to be based on the weight concept. This applies regardless of the date of travel. If the free baggage allowance is exceeded, normal excess charges apply.
  12. Looks odd, does not look like a product failure.
  13. Go guys. The event is live on dstv this weekend!
  14. Wireless charging would have sealed the deal. I love shimano but, Sram are ahead here with a great innovation.
  15. Hello
  16. You need to do the costing, I mostly order goods not available in sunny Sa.
  17. I used dhl on my last order. Ordered last Monday (1am), delivery on Thursday (11pm). Will never use a state / parietal again again.
