  1. Two people use the same bike and we don’t own clippity shoes.
  2. Running the same combo. My fingers look buff!
  3. POPI only applies if you shared information that wasn’t public domain to begin with and if the information in your possession was that of a data subject that consented to you having their details or did business with you or has any contractual obligations with you. Copy and paste from their website or social media is perfectly legal. As for this company…. utter *** service and an inferior quality product. If I didn’t already pay for the kit I would definitely have gone elsewhere. Also had to send multiple messages, calls etc and eventually had the product delivered…. only for it to be the wrong one.
  4. Finally complete with yoga, bike, treadmill, heavy bag, weight bench, and chin-up bar.
  5. My legs got tired just adding up all the climbs and distances for the routes. 😂
  6. Trailmap of the Karkloof trails
  7. It won't even shift 10 gears. The sprocket spacing between the 10 and 12 is different and the pull ratio between 10 and 12 is also different.
  8. ESI is pretty damn good. Helps to take some of the chatter out. Enjoyed them when I used them but they are garbage when they get wet. Was my experience anyways. Personal choice is still the Evil Pamela Handersons but stock is non existent so I'll most likely replace them with the OneUp grips what have the little cutout to relieves pressure on the outside of your hand. Once my repaint is complete and the tan wall tires are on I'll switch to brown Burgtec grips. Nice and thin with good texture.
  9. Maybe to hold the bike in one gear?
  10. Scratched from the ride. Just too expensive at the moment. But I'm continuing with the training. Time on the bike is limited due to a damn saddle sore but I can still run and lift weights (boet). Eating plan is also working well. Shedding some fat and definitely maintaining and building some muscle. The tape measure is moving and the scale stays the same.
  11. Five Ten quality went downhill when Adidas bought them out. Inferior rubber on the soles for one. Still sticky but they don't last. Fit also changed
  12. Will be my next cassette purchase no doubt.
  13. I have a 203mm rotor on 200mm adapter on the front and spaced it with 3 flat washers. No issues at all. You can safely space it.
  14. Any luck? I might have a set for you. Just need to measure the thread.
  15. Had my turn between December and February. R10k in parts later.
  16. Similar combo but running Butchers front and back. T7 compound. I washed out the front quite badly in a berm recently and it was from entering too hard and the force pushing my weight back. Slacker head angles require you to bend those elbows and knees, get that chin over the top cap and show that steed who’s boss. I found at 66 degrees that the more aggressive I ride, the smoother it gets. Become one with the steed.
  17. Very happy with 66 degrees on my trail bike. Handles everything my old ass can throw at it.
  18. Good leg stretch at Red Barn
  19. A0 blocked canvas for my gym.
  20. Edit: My comment was posted before the context. As someone who lost both their parents and has commemorative tattoos for them I get it. Apologies if I offended you @J Wakefield
  21. Set of Lyne Pulse 30 wheels from @Jewbacca Quick way to shed 1.2kg dropping this lady to 14.2kg in total.
  22. I’ll subscribe to 2 girls 1 bike.
  23. Makes sense why the dog was beeping at the pet sitters.
