  1. Weekends or week. Weekends take a drive out to the cradle stop at country in ride your lungs out then chill out with a beer and burger
  2. Nah not just you same thing with Pvm I wasn't sure whether its my imagination though. But nonetheless never bothered me that much still drinkable
  3. go park at "country inn" basically close to kloofzight, follow the road opposite to kloofzight for about 1km you get country inn. from there you can cycle towards kloofzights again, go left up to the traffic circle again left and at the little shop go rihjt follow the kromdraai pad, up and back then back to the traffic circle and do a left going up the road past the lion and rhino cicle all the way about 12ks to the traffic circle at the end, there you can go either right for a few ks until you go right again in that road where gelnburn is in that will take you back to kloofzight. thats about 65ks
  4. why can CWC not just take the schock from the original frame??

  10. i think you are doing more harm by not saying who it is because people will now suspect all CT sellers to the detriment of innocent sellers
  11. road or mtb? even the lightest of bikes are comforable nowadays depending on handlebars, seat etc, to me its more a trade off between cost, reliability and weight and on that note esprcilayy on MTB many will argue there is too much ranting on going light and why not dropping your body weight and so on, all valid arguments. for me though even if all thats said and done, specifically for MTB, i think it makes sense to keep the bike light because its just a massive diffirence hogging a 9kg bike over ruts and rocks than a 15kg
  12. specialised avatar 155cm, not ladies spesific but works great
  13. Some guys like wigggens' helmet has its vents solid? is that a new model orwhat?
  14. wont say i am an expert but struggle to get weight down for long now, i can train 90 mins a day and burn 1000/1500calories a day just on excercise with no result. some say - your body over time adjusts to excercise - diet 80% / excercise 20% for weight control - for some weight/resistance training is better than cardio - i find combining swimming with cycling worked in the past also love my food and beer/red wine but seems upping excercise alone dont do it and some eating / driking compromises will be needed :(ive now dropped the alcohol and track better what i eat, lets see NB ; fatsecret.co.za very good counts cals, balance between protein, carb and fat and count in excercises
  15. lekker ride as usual and wont miss the others yes goodie bags downgraded from past but a ride like this with bike wash (not as good as past both from spectator pow and performance but nontheless), lunch and massages i wont expect more for the entry fee. where can one get the results?

  23. fortuis costly but by far THE best investrment ive made in years, you wont look back. their software tho is a pain in the arse, budget two weeks of trail and error to get all to work but once up and running its A 4 A way and you really have a good time, as close to indoor on the real road you will get. i understand the genuis is now available which is an upgrade from fortuis so check it our properly before spending and make sure you get the latest software, they sometimes charge for upgrades. have fun i assure you its worth it
