ive checked a whole couple of peoples times for the 2008 Ride for Sight vs the 2008 Argus (no wind) and in almost all cases times were only a few minutes apart, so is one Ride for Sight timing a reasonable indication for a (windless) Argus?

whenever i eat a "special diet" i come short frankly. others may disagree with me but i say dont change too much in what you eat, many people get carried away with carbo loading and what all, at the end, unless your diet is completely disfunctional, eating what your used to with perhaps some more carbs relative to other studff will see you right

i share some of the issues regarding local distributors, inflating prices and not always delivering on the after sales (or even pre sales for that matter) obligations. Having said that, my experience with Coolheat (Jade) is quite good, theyve exchanged some defective Tacx DVD's that I bought directly from Tacx overseas (they wont if you bought from like CRC but Tacx yes) and the other day delivered the new software in a few hours notice at my local LBS to pick up, price better than what I would get overseas.

there will be some rocking but should not be excessive. on mine when it rocked too much i once had a loose towbar and the other time some of the bolts on the rack were coming loose, so check all of that

I have a dura ace groupset and now need to replace the casette. DA cost R1800 but some people sya they ride with an ultegra for R850, no diffirence other than about 50g and the ultegra lasts longer? so my question is whether the ultegra will perform as well with shiting etc than the dura ace?

latest tweets mention 1) theyre talking to city officials to sort out issues but in the same breath mentions tomorrows champs have been called off. thats really shocking Burry Stander"s tweets is asking for somebody flying up from KZN if they can bring his MTB along, maybe somebody can help him out
