Let's Ride

I had one. Good bike. Price is a bit too high. Sold mine for R3500. New they were round 8k.

A real pity what CWC said on this thread. Makes me never want to support them. Arrogance does not attract customers. But I will soon forget this and will probably buy from CWC again.

I must agree. Easton wheels are not good. Had a friend whose spokes kept on snapping and the wheel was brand new. Not a very good wheel if that happens.

I am sure a few hubbers would test positive. Do you all make sure your doc doesn't give you meds than contain banned substances? I sure don't. It's the last thing I think about when sick.

After the bend what's the bet northliff overtook the other bunch and pulled into the cycle lane? What gets me in motorists are too impatient. They can't sacrifice one minute in order to overtake safely.

I had to go to their premises in Cape Town to pick up a parcel because the guy was too lazy to simply give me a call when outside my building. I use collivery mds. I like how it's all automated online and you get emails through out the whole process.

It also looks like the car is trying to overtake the one group as well.

Looks to me as though Northcliff are overtaking another group of people. Black and white kit = Northcliff cycles.

Thieves are clever. Go steal a car and go to the lbs. Hand over keys and take bike for an extended test ride. Go outside with the guy and make him ride in a yard or a cul-de-sac, way better option.

But you probably ride 1m away from the gutter...

Thing is, if the person plans to keep it he/she will have to ride it overseas or out of this country or risk getting caught as we live in a very small world. So I hope he or she sh ts bricks whenever they take the bike out for a ride - I sure would. Hope Olympic get it back.

My personal opinion but a load of cars with the 1.5 metre sticker on them don't pass me properly. Loads of cars with bicycles on the back also don't give me any respect. Possibly we should stick the sticker on our dashboard so as to remind ourselves to pass cyclists properly?

I am a roadie but after all of these accidents I am seriously considering getting a mtb.
