  1. Glad you enjoying it, at my School we had a few kids whos parents would shout at them if they didn't perform at the races, went as far as one guy getting his Argus race time adjusted as he said he waited just before the timing mats for a while, didn't realise he hadn't crossed the actual finish. Post school he stopped cycling, wonder why. I also had my heart set on a sub 3 at school and I didn't get it. Don't worry if you don't get it. At university I really enjoyed cycling, cycled most days before class and then also cycled to class.
  2. Remote viewing is simple. Add the serial number to the hik connect.com website after you have logged in. Then type the serial number in on your dvr. Download the hik connect app and you should be sorted. Dvr just needs to be connected to the internet. Use a lan cable either to a modem or what I do is put in a wifi extender and connect the dvr to that. Less cabling.
  3. 1080p with hik vision turbo lite nvr. Where are you situated?
  4. R50 000 cost for my wife and I in total to get perminent residence in Canada. English test is seperate. Must have certain amount of points for the South African company to want to deal with you.

  8. Have registered on the "seek" website and applied for a few jobs. Does anybody know where to register for a work permit? Not sure if this is the correct website: https://www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas/apply-for-a-visa/tools-and-information/tools/office-and-fees-finder
  9. So you switch them on and off via the switch, can play and volume up and down from the headphones. Rest via the app.

  11. A huge congrats to any runner who does the comrades. Such an achievement.
  12. I managed a 1 40 half marathon with honestly not loads of training. Run twice a week with my club doing 10km's and then sometimes a weekend run. My foot was stuffed post race as my longest run before the half was the 10km run's. Started running less than a year ago so it is doable.
  13. Garmin Forerunner 35. Wife and myself have, work well and not so expensive vs other models.
  14. Heard the whole building is be re developed.
  15. Can you post a link, takelot gives an error. Russell Hobbs - Cafe Barista One-Touch Coffee Maker? The link some times works.
  16. Chromecast is also very simple to setup. Takes under 5 minutes.
  17. On a pc with chrome installed you can just tap screen device on chrome settings and it then mirrors your device even if you minimize chrome. Useful for PowerPoint etc. At R800 for a chrome cast it's far better than those cheap media players. And you don't want a cable connecting your device to the TV. Becomes a hassle. I can cast Netflix from my iPad and then do something else on the iPad and Netflix still plays.
  18. Google Chromecast works well for me. 2mb line and it works well enough. Would like faster internet but just download the shows on Netflix if you have issues. Have dstv now from somebody else. Very useful.
  19. Foot better after the two oceans half. Now I know what to do for the next one. Rested it for two weeks and iced often.
