  1. 16" at xmiplay: http://www.xmiplay.com/ProductDetails1655 I know you are after a 15 " but check the geometry, it might work.
  2. Question for all the guys that have built up a 29er dual sus: FM036 / IP036 What front derailleur did you use (assuming you didn't go 1 x 1x)? I currently have SRAM x9 low direct mount bottom pull installed. (The whole gruppo is 2x10 X9 - with 39/26 up front). The tolerances seem too tight and I suspect when the frame compresses it is either going to catch the top of the chain ring or the rear chain stay? What did you guys use?
  3. When all else fails... http://www.cwcycles.co.za/search/node/cadence%20nutrition%20type%3Aproduct_holder Should be with you in 3 or 4 days at worst. Break the bank and you get free delivery...
  4. Also posted in Unemployed Hubbers - but possibly relevant here too. We may have an opening for a fully automatic coffee machine technician in the near future. Remuneration dependent on skills and experience... DM me for info.
  5. Top ride Velo - well done to the both of you!
  6. And remember, when working out your body mass, it isn't how much you weigh - it's you lean body mass i.e. muscle mass. (So pretty much your goal weight). If you weigh a 100kg's but want to weigh 80kg's , use 80kgs as the figure. Often overlooked!
  7. check your protein amounts. Try aim for 1g per 1kg of body mass for weight loss. Around 1.5g / kg for maintaining , building muscle. If your lean body mass is 80kg's that's only 80 grams of protein a day - very easy to over do it...
  8. correct. and there are a number of different options within the GX range. So goes something like: XX1 X01 X1 GX intermediate GX budget...
  9. check http://www.mbr.co.uk/news/product_news/srams-new-affordable-1x11-drivetrain-326439 they reference the cassette at around 115 pounds
  10. Slightly off topic: for the regulars on this thread, anyone know where HTONE is?
  11. Constipation: yes, quite a few people experience this. If you don't already, have a strong coffee or two in the morning. Caffeine is a mild laxative. If you already drink strong coffee, try adding some coconut oil to the coffee. This helps with adding to your daily fat content as well as 'loosening' things up a bit. Takes a few days but does the trick...
  12. I've used EasyGIS - all went well so I would recommend them based on my transaction. Their prices always seem to be very competitive...
  13. Here: R4.4 k http://www.easygis.co.za/garmin-edge-510-bundle.html Not arguing with you statement - just answering the question.
  14. Lucky Bugger! Mine was posted on 12 Oct (yours 24 Oct if I remember correctly). Still waiting for mine :-(
  15. There must be a bunch of Chinarellos sitting in JIMC! These logs are pretty much exactly the same as mine. The probably all arrived on the same ship :-)
  16. Yep. Mine has taken around 16 days to get to JIMC (Jhb International Mail Center?) . Been sitting there now for 5 days with a status of 'Held by Customs' - which I'm assuming actually stands for 'dumped with all the other sh1t3'. Maybe by I'll get it as an XMas present - but I'm not holding my breath...
  17. Where you based King?
  18. I've read about Greatkeen Bike while researching. To be honest I didn't see anything indicating they are scammers. That said, there is always a first time (or you might have bought from a shop trading on their name. I've seen a few few shops that change one or two letters in the name and trade on the reputation of the real store). Aliexpress (the site) also offer a guarantee don't they? Approach them directly instead of the store? If it's like Ebay you and lodge a claim before the end date and cancel if the item eventually arrives.
  19. Just based on your height I would think you are around 52 / 54 cm bike. Probably not much in it - on a 52 go with a slightly longer stem and on the 54 slightly shorter. Adjust the saddle accordingly. I don't think either would be 'incorrect'. Just my 2c though...
  20. My general opinion is you get more for a built up bike than trying to sell of the individual parts. Yes, one or two of the parts you might make profit on, but ultimately you always get left with one or two parts that don't sell at the price you expect. In terms of the fitting: how tall are you?
  21. Built up IP-032 - picture supplied by IPlay. I think I may pull the trigger on this one ;-)
  22. yeah, me too. Preferably before I pull the trigger on one :-)
  23. Hi all Anyone have the IP-032 frame from XMIplay? Any reviews. Can't seem to find too much info on this particular frame. It looks fairly new (2014 model) so was wondering if there were any out in the wild yet... Thanks! http://www.xmiplay.com/ProductDetails1684
  24. How tall are you?
