    Inner Soles?

And sometimes different models of the same brand have different sizing too. πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
  2. This was on Bikehub some time ago. Not in CPT but perhaps they can point you in an alternative direction: https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/bike-services-and-repairs/693222/service-and-repair-of-all-smart-trainers
  3. Knipe Racing have been mentioned on a number of threads for IDT repairs/servicing. Not sure what they're able to cover but perhaps worth a try.
  4. Seen Knipe Racing mentioned a few times for trainer service and repair. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
  5. That Trek must make him Lance Arm"ed gaurd"strong.?
  6. When the forecast and weather aren't on the same page ... πŸ™ˆ
  7. Probably, but there are also lots of other factors that influence speed/time. If you're considering one then you must have already identified the need for it ... πŸ™ƒ
  8. Knipe Racing (CPT) has been mentioned a couple of times for IDT repairs and service. Otherwise this was on Bikehub: https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/bike-services-and-repairs/693222/service-and-repair-of-all-smart-trainers
  9. Don't know the extent of what they offer but have seen Knipe Racing in other posts relating to IDT service/repair.
  10. Warm jerseys would probably be listed as winter/thermal/fleece.?
  11. Most likely Medium as most have said, but there could be more to it than just your height. And as was also said, one brand's medium is another's small or large. Once you know your size based on geometry then it becomes a little easier.
  12. https://forum.bikehub.co.za/topic/184030-garmin-edge-520-battery-replacement/
  13. Names that feature more often than not: Stoke Suspension - Woodstock CE Cycles - Tokai Knipe Racing - Durbanville William's Cycles - Somerset West
  14. I missed the follow up on this one ... good to know Knipe are able to help when the need arises. πŸ‘
  15. In addition to what's already been said ... Does it happen on all gear combos.? Is it possible that it's in a gear where the FD is contacting the chain enough to cause it to want to climb.?
  16. Any additions to cycling equipment is always nice ... but a new bike must be right at the top.! Enjoy.!
  17. Unfortunately some shops will try and sell whatever they have available whether suitable or not.! That said, brand/model/geometry can also mean different sizes.
  18. The little stops along the way when doing a long ride.? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ™ˆ
  19. Strange that there's been nothing more about this.? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
  20. Oversight on my part ... I forgot the required 10 sec incorrect install of battery. (thought of it while browsing for a replacement) Crisis seemingly averted ... πŸ™ˆ PS Garmin Dual R999. Xoss X2 R699.
  21. So it seems my Garmin transmitter(1st gen) has died without warning. The strap was already replaced. Thought it was just the battery but a new battery hasn't helped. ☹ I suppose they all need replacing at some point ...
  22. My experience with Cyclelab Online (albeit limited) has generally been good. It's this polka dot/last stock sale that has then chasing their own tails.
  23. I see that they have another sale coming soon ... πŸ™ˆ
  24. Polka dot chaos.? Hope you get your goods and worry less about how long it takes ... And forget about reaching out to them because that appears to be even more chaotic. πŸ™ˆ
  25. Northcliff Cycles have had Lazer helmets on sale for as long as I can remember ... perhaps they still do. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
