In my 'bit' of experience of fiddling with stuff .... SRAM 9sp and 10sp mtb derailleurs are not the same. I've often heard people say 'ag 11sp and 10sp mtb Shimano derailleurs are interchangeable' but that is also not my experience Like I say just what I've found

I honestly think it was a tchop move doesn't matter which wait it gets spun.... let's see how it goes in the next days but if I was SK I'd be pi$$Ed off ... then again I'm just a couch 'expert' so who knows

Running some errands .... I always wanted to commute but the job function I had never really allowed for that. I have (very) occasionally used a bike to collect and drop off stuff. Decided to make a concerted effort to only use a bike for short trips where it makes sense. This is, to my mind at least, clearly the best bike for that 😎

Lots of time to think on my rides these days, no more checking how far, how long or how fast .... Assuming no weight limit would pro cyclists return to rim braked 5kg bikes? I would posit that unless you ride in wet rainy conditions most of the time you don't 'need' discs .... they do have that part of the 'cool kids club' feeling about them though 😎

If anyone gives a rat's backside, I have fitted 13t pulleys to my otherwise standard M7000 rear derailleur... Clearance for the wheels, sufficient B screw clearance and the chain doesn't run on that irritating piece of metal between the 2 pulley wheels Pictures on request

Sorry OP but just a slight hijack. As usual I'm mucking about with something, have printed a 'TanPan' type gadget to use a 10sp clutch RD with 10sp Road STI's on my other gravel bike. The RD I intend using for my testing has no pulley wheels. It normally uses 11t ones So as always JUST BECAUSE I CAN I'm thinking to print some 12t ones and try them in the standard cage .... any thoughts guys? I could even print 13t ones I suppose but I wonder about the clearance in that standard cage .... Lest ya'll forget marginal gains worked for Team Sky so don't come at with me that those .049 watts don't matter 😜
