I am sure this topic may have been addressed previously but am not able to find where. Who would you recommend as an insurer for your pride and joy? By this I mean cover for EVERYTHING, even if someone sneezes on your bike who would be the best in covering it, when you race, ride for training, or when your bike stands in your lounge and they break in and steal it?

Saw a guy shatter a carbon frame at Argus this year. Pieces literally flew off the bike.

Thanks for all the concern. I was on my own and all they took was the R50.00 I had, probably because I forgotten my phone at home. Was on the way down to the dam area when three guys walked in front of me. One of them had a knife so I just gave him the money. Been mugged once before and got stabbed three times so I didnt want to relive that experience.

Interestingly enough we are probably the only city in the country that still allows horsedrawn carriages on the road, okay there arent that many of them left and they generally stick to parts of the cape flats but, when last did you hear of anyone driving into one of them?
