    When my 11-42 is toast, I'm changing out to a 11-46 for sure. Changing from a 30t to a 34t was a bit silly, in retrospect. Especially with my weight. Extra super secret training though! All the people who have asked me what I'm running have told me that I'm either very brave, or crazy. No middle ground! I answer that it's a bit of both...

    You dick. Here I sit battling a cold after I got caught in the wind and rain in Knysna over the weekend. My wife forgot to bring a jacket, so I did the manly thing and gave her mine. BLIKSEM, was it cold!!!
