  1. they should. It'll just be counted as a workout with HR over a certain value (ie 80% from 2nd april) Reason it doesn't list swimming as an exercise is that it's pretty hard to get any data from it. But if you have the HR, you should be fine as long as it's more than 30min.
  2. Kingdom Vendetta... http://14761-presscdn-0-15.pagely.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Kingdom-Vendetta-Boost-Review-5170-1140x760.jpg
  3. I see that crusty old bugger beat you, Mark... Looked like a brilliantly technical track from the pics I've seen!
  4. Dollar, I presume. Though no, Hondo means $100, so if it's used in the correct way it'd be 110 Hondos. If used in ZAR terms, Eleven seventy.
  5. bicicletta wiff a motor. Doesn't matter what powers it - unicorn farts or the tears of your wasted enemies - it's still a moto.
  6. aaaaaaah. Gotcha. My mistake. Still applies for your local stuff tho.
  7. They do. In Dan's quote, it's there for all to see. In big text as well...
  8. Yo Hayley, Re your other stuff. Med aid - can it. You're still young enough and have enough history with med aid that if you DO decide to come back within the next 10 years, you won't be open to any late joiner penalties. Pension - put it into a preserver. NOT with PPS, as they charge far more than what the likes of Allan Gray / Coronation / Investec would charge from a fee perspective. Chat to a broker (or drop me a line if you want) to get it sorted out, or you could do the whole thing yourself online and with the forms that you get from your HR department after you leave (transfer request form and so on) and then Allan Gray will deal with it for you. If you draw the whole amount out it WILL be taxed. If you transfer it to a preserver, it won't, and you always have the option of drawing it at a later stage if you need to. RA - Given that you'll (probably) be stopping the contributions to the RA, you will most probably have a paid-up penalty (all the life insurance companies do this on their investments, which is why I steer well clear of them) but I'd generally suggest transferring to Allan Gray / Coro / Investec, who are FAR cheaper. As in MUCH. Even with my 1% advice fee factored in, they're generally 2.5-3% p/a more expensive than the likes of the investment houses. Insurances over there - speak to a broker, or again Wayne & Intern should be able to point you in the right direction. Give me a shout if you want any assistance.
  9. 2nd time i've said this today - Thanks for the Rick-Roll...
  10. eek. No thanks. I'd prefer an interface where I can feel how much pressure I'm putting on to the brakes..
  11. BAHAHAHAHA!!! It is my firm opinion that EVERYONE should have a dropper. No, it doesn't make you a better rider, but it makes things far easier when it gets hairy.
  12. Hope you went back and tried the sections again, after looking over them
  13. Yeah - saw you. Revelation or Pike on the front. Noticed it cos there aren't many x29ers on the trails anymore. Now I know who you are. MUHUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
  14. LOL. Well, now you know! And now you know who Raydek is as well. What bike were you riding / car were you driving?
  15. Something with more grip than a Racing Ralph, for one. Nobby Nic (new one) Magic Mary Onza Ibex Onza Canis Maxxis Ardent Maxxis Minion WTB Trail Boss WTB Weirwolf WTB Bronson Yes, all the above are meaty tyres. But when it comes to front end grip, you should not be prioritising "rolling resistance" when it only really matters on the back. Front is for GRIP. Weight penalty is a very small inconvenience when compared to the extra grip you get.
