Which Novatec hubs do you have as they produce a variety of different arrangements. I have a no-name hub with 6 pawls (2 rows of 3 offset from each other) in need of a new freehub. I also have Nukeproof Generators which also have 6 pawls (on the hubs body as opposed to the freebody), thereby giving the 30 engagement points.
