  5. Hope you are OK Hansolo. Your backyard.
  6. Are you running in ANT or Bluetooth mode. After my Garmin HRM failed, i have a Tickr now and the whole system runs off Bluetooth without issues. I have wirelsss mouse, but the rest is hardwired for my setup. Not had any drops for a long time. Running Kickr 4 on Rouvy.
  7. Thanks..... I'm gonna be up chucking the rest of the day now......
  8. A mate from years ago had a little red car, thought it was a Stanza, but not, that also had the dog leg. Confused everyone.
  9. No deliveries that i am aware of. 10 or 12 large frames made i think, they are starting production on the mediums and still mucking about with the mould for the XL. Had a release show and tell at Blackstone Tec last week, but i did not go.
  10. Understood Dr V. I just want to monitor fairly obvious items such as pauses in heart rate during or after exercise, and if i get lengthy ones during seep. I am not interested in keeping the Holter on nor can i afford to have a weekly check with the doc. Hopefully the report i get today will alleviate any concerns I have and it will all be a good sign forward.
  11. Not specifically related, but i have a low heart rate and seeing a doc about it as a general check. I am wearing Holter on for the next 5 days so they can check heart rate while sleeping, exercising etc. I also seem to have an occasional pause in my heart beating every 10 heart beats or so (after a treadmill run while on the ECG), the doctor was not overly concerned about it. I would like to observe my heart rate myself using a HRM, probably wrist based. Question, is there a HRM that allows you to see the raw data of the heart rate, i.e. heart beats on one axis and time on a second axis. I do not want to see the average heart rate as that does not give me any real information about what the heart is doing in that particular period. Is there a watch or brand that allows you to see the raw data and not just the average heart rate.
  12. Is this where i have to think carefully about using words like dum@55 etc, just in case the community of genuinely challenged individuals (by no fault of their own) takes exception to these guys?
  13. Or when the World Fun Ride champs is on.
  14. Add Snakebite at van Gaalens to that, MTB, but who cares it is rof! 172 m ascent over 1,970 m, the full climb includes a couple of other segment with about 60 to 70 m more ascent.
  15. Its a niche market custom bike made mostly from wood, gravity bike brand. Very big brand in Hawaii interestingly enough.
  16. Entered the Virtual Amashova, it is another ride of a different nature so who really minds anyway. edit, corrected info provided
  17. I eventually fond the update button on teh Rouvy AR app as i was annoyed they were not providing the tech support. It was always on the old Rouvy and i wanted to have my HR stuff recorded, although it makes no real difference to any of the Rouvy data they store. Hope you have what you need.
  18. ? ANT + is available. Have you updated the App? Its in the Information button.
  19. Route from Europe, the flags are a odd and i gave up trying to figure the location as i was in a hurry last night.
  20. The Bike Hub : European Style race Race set for 18:00 on September 2nd. All welcome.
  21. The drafting races are on the weekend. Signed up for the Sunday morning 09:00 one to give it a try. Fairly flat and short rides so should not take more that 25 to 30 mins.
  22. I would be proper impressed if he wheelied his bike down the wall the second guy was riding on.......
  23. Gonna look for an AR one with a few bells and whistles. Still want to see if the draughting thing works. Have not been able to tell on teh simple routes. Need to read what they said about it. PS, i looked for the fish eye on the video of "Gordans Bay sic" and did not notice anything. I think that is just some stoopid idea from some of the guys shooting videos from their SUVs, which is also wrong in so many ways.
  24. I will set on up now. In your absence of course and hope you have a speedy re connection......
  25. How much do you weigh Hdb? 52 kg, you fly up the hills. I have mass on my side for some areas of riding. Well then, hurry up and fix another race for next week.
