  1. This is awesome. Please keep them coming!
  2. Let me know when you're selling your lever... [emoji12]
  3. What a bargain purchase. Thanks dude. I'm stoked!
  4. You need to consume about 2g of sodium per day if You're training hard (according to "The Art and Science of low carbohydrate performance). That's a teaspoon of salt per day. I've resorted to 1/4 of salt in a glass of water, twice per day, plus adding salt to foods. I also take salt water on long rides. Works very well.
  5. Yip. Among other things.
  6. There is a long and short answer. The short answer is: your potassium / sodium pumps need sodium. When you don't get enough, your body does some substitution. This makes you feel bad and causes other issues.
  7. Yesterday I learned it's impossible to swallow an insect while trying to rail an off camber corner on dirt.
  8. My XL single speed comes in at 12.5kg. That's with a dropper, suspension fork, and maxxis ardents front and back. Sure I could shave some weight, but I love riding it just so....
  9. Both my boys love the Feva seat. 3,5 years old and 18 month old...
  10. I agree. The market demands more than just the awesomeness of the product. The Pyga generates a lot of "want". The Giant (Anthem, Trance, Reign) with life time warranty fulfils the need.... If there were still new 29er trances available, I may even stop lusting over the Pyga. But then again, maybe not. [emoji12]
  11. That is very nice! Great build!
  12. That thing with a dropper must be something else.
  13. No man.
  14. The golden question.... Do you have an XL demo?
  15. Sweet build!
  16. Wonder if they'll finally make one for taller folks....
  17. Oh man. This may just cause a divorce...
  18. A friend showed me this.... Sugar free low carb chocolate. Haven't tried it myself yet, but looks promising!! http://lechocolatier.co.za/
  19. Headaches, mood swings, dizziness.... Sodium. 2g per day.
  20. http://www.mydreamshape.com/keto-calculator/<- there is a fancy ratio to work it out... Personally, I try limit Protein to 15%, Fat to 80%, and Carbs to 5%. Since doing so, and deliberately supplementing sodium, I'm performing better than I ever have. Like the attached. This in fasted state:
  21. I've been reading about lchf like a mad man recently, and there is one thing that keeps coming up. All those headaches, dizziness, that horrible fatigue during exercise, constipation.... All could be a lack of sodium. Insulin also makes your kidneys retain sodium. Without so much of it, you excrete it much more efficiently. Which means you need to replace it.
