  1. Well I doubt it would be in 32GI so what was he taking then if he got it from a supplement and not nasal spray or something ? AFAIK the Methylx stuff is present in more bodybuilding type supplements, which also means he was a naughtby boy by not sticking to his sponsors stuff, which they claim he won the race using.
  2. Good easy drinking bean that ! Just beware that as it's quite a dark roast most of the beans natural oil is already on the outside of the bean, which does tend to make the machine/grinder a bit oily so be sure to clean it regularly.
  3. Awesme did the light still function on the sensor ? I replaced the battery on mine and the light went off when taking the magnet past it but the edge did not pick it up. Maybe I could have gotten a new unit as well
  4. Also dealt with Michelle before. Awesome service, heck she even called me
  5. Don't know if there are lights that last that long ? Maybe buy a magicshine type light with the bottle battery and a helmet light ? Let's see what the others say
  6. Mr Price sport trail waterproof pouch, cheap and effective ! Goes in the jersey zip pocker
  7. Anyone tried the Free Thinker jacket yet from FA ? Got one recently but have yet to ride in it, but love the fit and material. Basicall a light and breathable fleece that won't pill and is cut close to the body with full zip for venting.
  8. So a year later are you guys still happy ?
  9. Def getting an Aeropress as soon as I have funds
  10. Hmm interesting will give that a try. I have managed to manually upload my workouts to garmin connect though. Chrome hasn't worked either as it say I need to update the Communicator plugin which I have done twice but when I try again it says it';s at 2. something and needs to update. Checking the plugin afterwards it says it is at 4.0.10 or whatever and it does pick-up the Edge but then still doesn't upload and again says the plugin needs to be updated and then the process repeats. On uploading it just freezes half way through. If the corrupt file thing doesn't work I'll try re-installing the plug-in which seems the issue here. Thanks for all the help. If you have any other issues tweet garmin at @garminsa they have been VERY helpfull otherwise I can provide the contact details of someone dealing with the fitness devices.
  11. Did my update all is well but can't seem to upload to garmin connect via Firefox. Any help ? Works fine on transferring to Garmin Training Centre.
  12. Dealt with CRC a few times and really happy. Ordered a camelbak running pack from Evans and wow it was here in about 10days with the free postage to my po box, no vat or customs issues (I know thats a gamble) but I'm impressed.
  13. We had a Saeco where I used to worked and I ended up cleaning it all the time, as the others were too lazy and I have a Jura at home so have an idea how it works. In the end I ended up not drinking coffee at work and bringing my own from home in the morning so I didn't have to clean it anymore. It constantly needed water, beans, grounds to be emptied, descaling, filter replacement etc. The big beech is however the milk frothing system. I would advise against any of these auto frothing pipe type systems most semi-auto machines has at people will not clean it after using it and then it gets very grimy, scaly, stinky and blocked very quickly.
  14. 2 extra pages of data. Woot ! Was just thinking that it would be cool to have more pages so they can be setup for laps and interval work. Wish answered
  15. Wow well done on that comeback Gunn-rita !
  16. Ja what is the story with Conrad's kit, I see it has no logos of any of his sponsors ? Also if Dan was not selected as he failed to follow procedure, is there anyone else going or is it only Stoltz ?
  17. Maybe on some models of Super Automatics. On our Jura Imprezza F50 you have mild/normal/strong, where it grinds more coffee or less. Then you can adjust the grind but I haven't found that to really work. Can't remember if there's a temp option, think so but very small range, more help in terms of hotter/colder coffee.
  18. Depends if you need to swim and want power meter data, then Garmin. Cheaper too. The Ambit has a long battery life at almost 50 hours, but not many times I will go over 20 hours of endurance activities at one time. Also that means 60sec gps synch and 10 second recording, so not very accurate in twisty areas. However not sure if the 40% discount from Momentum Multiply applies on the Ambit, which would make it a steal.
  19. I need to ride Greek Church again some time. Not sure if we didn't do the standard route during the 2011 Magalies Adventure but I thought it would be allot worse. Maybe I was just too tired to notice
  20. I love their sizing! Buying most locally made kit in a small still means baggy for me. My Fox jersey fits like a glove
  21. Depends on your LBS but here in PTA the local SW is mostly priced in relation to the market I have found
  22. I stopped looking at my Garmin when it said it was 24% up Pofadder, no way I would even try riding down that
  23. Just remember to test all this stuff in training, both too see what works but also how your stomach handles it and what is palatable for you
  24. Thanks for the info will pop in sometime
