Listen up bud cause I'm only gonna say this once. Throw away your heartrate monitor and forget about your cadence. Then buy a single speed steed and pedal till you cant anymore, rise and repeat! I have no idea what my cadence is but in a month I went from 27km average on the flats to 35km.

Dude I was on a list for a carbon bike for I dont know how many months and honstely it was more than I was comfortable spending. I suggest your grab the Flash Alu sell all the bits you swap out for what you already have and ride it like the wind. At a much later stage you can start looking at wheels and tyres.

Took a look at Waylon's bike yesterday. Geax aka (2.2) at the rear with Geax Saguaro (2.2)at the front. Both had a TNT logo on them so I assume they are tubeless?

Wayland and his partner won the J2C on Geax 29r tyres. Think they ran an AKA at the back. If I see him the evening I'll ask what was upfront.

The digital Birzman one looks the business! Think they retail for around R1000. I like the fact that I works from 3 - 30nm and you dont have to worry about not unwinding it so the spring doesnt stretch.
