PG should have sent them a copy of the cert to upload onto their system. They probably asked you for the copy as it wasn't received from PG yet.Glad it worked out in the end though.

Apparantly they have been spraying the grass section most people hated last year with pesticide and have also been driving the section with a bakkie, so it would probably be way better. For me the section at the back of Magalies was also tough, purely because of the rain and mud caused me to have no grip so I was slipping and sliding my way up that hill. Only did the first day last year so can't comment on the second day

Did you use the basemaps or did you install additional mapping? Any other tips in using this on the mtb?

I'm sure I saw the latest batch at Dischem of Jack3D had stickers on warning that it contains stuff on WADA's banned list.

They sell this stuff at Dischem, but it has a big sticker on that states that some ingredients might be on WADA's list of banned substances. Same as some other Gaspari products that states that it might give a false positive in drug testing (WTF?)

100% Just about all, if not all, the insurance policies, exclude wear and tear. If your bike is specified (hope it is, else definately no claim), you are usually insured for "loss or damage to" the item described/ specified in your schedule. If you tell them that you went through a pothole, heard a crack, and when you got home you noticed the crack, they will probably pay you out. That statement is probably all the reason someone would need to buzz you! You can always pop in to Teak for a lap or 2 if the tar scares you too much! Ride safe!

You can probably go to the cradle like the rest of us, chances are you won't be alone. Just watch out for 1 or 2 of the locals that don't share our passion for cycling (you might get buzzed by a green 4x4)

Althoug my group of 6 only had one flat we passed numerous groups, almost one every 50-100m, with way less luck than we had. The one guy stood next to the caves road after having 6 flats! I was on tubbies so one flat and I woudl have been stuffed! ps. Also got buzzed by a fugly green 4x4 for getting to close to the yellow line

It was a tube massacre out there today. Seems the main area was around Ken's place, the circle at the bottom of the hill and the road to the caves. Those 2 girls selling tubes must have made a killing today. . . mmmmm maybe they were in on it! (joke joke)

I agree, it's damn expensive, but clearly some people are willing to pay for those. It's not our money so why are we even commenting on this?
