If that doesn't show something is wrong then I don't know.

Look at MotoGP, their rules allow for a much fairer playing field. 5 manufacturers, all able to win on a given Sunday. EVEN the satellite teams. F1 is broken, has been for some time now.

Ja, the Merc is far ahead, but the midfield battle is excellent at the moment. I don't really pay attention to the Mercs, unless Bottas beats Hammy or if they don't finish.

In the 80's it was McLaren, the 90's Williams, 00's was Ferrari now it's Mercedes.

There will always be a dominant team

Teams have lost the ability to test so the catch up to Mercedes is minimal. Ferrari had Luca Badoer doing thousands of laps testing just to see if a wheel nut that was 1 gram lighter was more efficient.

2021 will be a repeat of this year, so let's fast forward the season and look forward to 2022.

Safe to say, I know one piece of track where I have a chance of being faster than LH ;)

Jokes aside. People like him promoting cycling can only be a good thing.

was going to say the same...good to know i'll kick his ass at one more thing  ^_^

Still hoping the merc drivers get a corrona 2 weeks off, will equal out the season nicely.

With Bottas not sticking to the bubble, there is a chance!

at this stage i'll take anything...even wishing corona on people. I've been an avid follower of f1 since 1990...religiously making sure to watch every Sunday. Motorsport is a 'religion' in my family. I can count how many races I have missed live on one hand since the 90s. But i find myself asking more and more....why do i keep watching this BS haha. At this stage, and in the words of martin brundle..."thank god for max" otherwise i'd switch off. atleast there is something to watch in the midfield...and with Nando coming back next year...team radio will become infinitely more entertaining again.

PS: don't forget it's Indy500 this weekend. Never disappoints.

I've never been a Motorbike racing fan, always made the effort to Watch F1 if it is on, at least the start of the races.

But the last couple of years have been really dreary in F1, and with Brad Binder we suddenly have national representation at the MotoGP. As a result, I'm pretty sure I will rather make time for MotoGP this year instead of F1. The little bit of it I have watched over the past two races have been way more entertaining.

well they usually time it so the schedules don't overlap so i'ts easy to watch both if you like a sunday binge lol. Also, motoGP is also only fun at the moment because marc marquez isnt riding. When his arm heals it will be back to that procession too unfortunately. At least thats all down to his godly skills on a motorbike so it's still worth marvelling at to some extent. Cant say the same for f1 at the moment....

I reckon he, Binder & Quat will be hooning it next year. Rins, too. Damn, he was quick, until he lost that front end

i obviously hope so. it's so cool having a local guy to cheer on in anything. Rins is a uknown for me sometimes...he has brilliant days and then others like sunday where he looks like he can win...makes mistakes...doesn't learn from those mistakes....and then makes the same mistake a few laps later and crashes lol. It's like they are trying too hard to be like Maq. He obviously set the bar to a whole new level and they have to step up or stay behind..i get it. But he's also probably the only guy that can catch a fall before he goes down and keep going (just to high-side a few laps later and break his arm? haha)

Vinales has been exposed as a fraud imo. And as much as it pains me to say...the Doc must hang up his helmet and retire. He literally almost died on sunday and i think he realised that.

Nah, Marquez isn't the only one who can save those falls, VR and others have before, too. But. Marc can save them from far deeper, imo.

And nah, he's still good. That was a complete freaker for him, but he's very lucky. And he's doing what he loves. Plus he was still the first Yam home. ????
