Could be, but as for Goose, I thought he died when he ejected, and Kelly McGillis will now most assuredly take your breath away....when she sits on your chest.

Probably..last I read both Cruise and Kilmer will resume their roles...

 

But yeah..some movies don't need a follow up..Top Gun is one one them.

Wasn't one of the worst movies off all time based on his series of books? the one where travolta was the antagonist alien

Yup. I did. LOL. And yep, Battlefield Earth. Book was far superior to the movie.

The Mission Earth decalogy used up a fair chunk of my childhood! A few years ago I scoured old bookshops and reaquired the full set. They should a standard read for all youngsters.
