Left-hand brake lever is pointing outwards

That isn't the only problem with it.

Either that picture was taken at a slight angle or the wheel is not exactly centered (and no, I do not mean that the bars are slightly turned).

(Do I win at being the most OCD..? :P )

As for me - a mtb'r, not a roadie, shouldn't the bar tape cover the risers? Yeah, the left is not aligned. Also, that white bit on the stem and handle will drive me insane....

For me it would be the dishing of the front wheel to accommodate the disc brake. Also the white paint on the one side of the bars would irritate me.

That annoys me as well, but I took that as just liking things to be symmetrical ;)

I can't believe you lot have missed the most obvious detail, they wrapped the right hand side tape a 1/8th of a turn more than the left hand side!
