From Pura?

Looked at it, and it seems like buying directly from Steinhart is still cheaper

Add shipping and VAT and you will get very, very close to the local price, with support.

The new Solar T-Touch is yummy...

Photos -

Hi gents - for those interested in the photos here they are.

The one on the left (looking at the picture) is the casio riseman. In the same league as the rangeman, mudman etc. Excellent watch with great ABC features. Great backlight for viewing in dim light conditions. 2 reasons for selling. 1. Underutilized. Just don't have enough arms to wear all the watches I want to and 2. Truth be known the old eyes battle to read without reading glasses. R 3000,00 not neg. excellent condition with boxes etc

The one on the right is a GA 800 - Great watch with time, date, alarms, countdown, stopwatch etc. A more simpler featured watch but great nevertheless, In the typical g shock style, tough yet elegant. Also has a great backlight for viewing in dim conditions. R 1500.00 Not neg. Reason for selling is I bought it on impulse before buying my protrek. Its wasting away in a watch box.

No GShock deserves to waste away in a box. They deserve to be free in rivers and mountains and fields on MX bikes and MTB bikes, in paragliders and microlights. Exploring the very planet we live on and love.. LOL

And NO, I haven't taken advantage of the newly legalized cannabis laws.. just want these watches to go to a good home.

R3k is a great price. That'll be a rock solid watch.

I met a Navy Seal who swore by his Rangeman, so guess which knob is running around Joburg with one on his arm now...

Photos of the 1990 Seiko Kinetic.

No scratches on the face, not sure of the value but I don't use it because I work out doors and don't want to damage it.

Any opinions on the Skone watches that Takealot sells? I realise that they probably aren't very high quality, but I like the look of the Rochester one and it's on special today. I'd prefer the tan strap, but would probably replace it with a Nato style strap anyway. The chocolate colour also looks nice, but it's not on special today and I'm not sure if it will be as versatile ito colour matching for different straps.

Nice case size, interesting display, at R350 a bargain for a daily watch, nato strap will funk it up nicely
