Hi watch Fundis

Looking for a bit of help identifying and valuing this watch. The most I can find is that it is manufactured between 1903 and 1906. It is not a pocket watch but the back cover opens in that fashion to expose the mechanism. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks D

Bliksem, that almost looks like a bit of Steampunk going on on the inside of the watch

Very cool!

The case was made by Dennison who made cases in a time when manufacturers didnt make their own!

Elgin made stunning movements and some of the most robust!

Value wise it varies, depending on the caliber and the condition. Unfortunately in SA the prices for classic watches is pretty low!

Great piece either way.

“Vintage” chronos really do it for me, 39mm and super comfortable!

The swing of the Valjoux 7750 makes you know it’s alive!

Nice classic piece. Looks larger than a 39mm.

yep. I like these a lot.

The only issue I have is the screens are never as vivid as the marketing images.

Plus, I can’t really justify the change from a Fenix 5x to the Marq as they are essentially very similar.

I like that race edition. But same thing as you i have the Finix 5 + and can't justify spending on another one.

Can imagine they will sell well though.
