I've just come back from Barcelona. I would just like to point out that we are blessed here.

 

I didn't have one decent cup of coffee the whole time I was there. I observed some of the guys making the cups and some didn't even tamp!! Most of them pull the shot and then just leave it running for like a minute and then chuck some foamy milk in there and charge you 4 Euros.

 

So that wasn't a good experience.

 

On another note, I remember someone posting a make shift way to back flush the oscar without a blank disk. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
