It's solidly built (a little heavy too), comes with locks to lock it onto the ball and the clamp that holds the bike locks too. I'm planning a small mod to carry an extra bike! Just don't over tighten the red lock pin...easy soes it with no force required. ...a turn or two is all that you need.
