Guys who don't need chamois cream obviously don't cycle far enough in one go.

 

Dischem makes a house-brand baby bum cream. Its the cheapest you're going to find.

Bollocks, it's all about how often you do it and what you are used to. Tried lube once, felt like I kept sliding around the saddle, couldn't get any grip.

bumcreme (bepanthen, fissan etc...) goes on the bum....

 

udder cream goes on.....
