This really gets to me. Too much I guess.

 

This morning (again) at Meerendal I spotted 4 (2x2) guys without bikeboards. And I know they did not use the honesty boxes.

 

Some of them even greeted me.

 

Are these the same people that will moan about taxis/crime etc.

 

But you know, with taxi drivers I still get it.......... more money to make. Lets move.

 

But with these guys I dont get it. What goes on in there mind.

 

But I suppose there will be none of them on the Hub to give an honest answer.

Tubeless, I am SOOOOOO MUCH with you on this one.

 

I trust that Karma will give them a kick in the balls before long. Or at least make them puncture three times on the same ride (tubeless or not). And if the keep doing it, give them a few big saddle sores.

sorry to be a bit late off the mark on this one.

We have LOTS of people riding the trails without paying and we cannot police all trails all the time. I escorted 2 blokes off the meerendal/contermanskloof green corridor last week (non members who rode through hillcrest without paying) and lo and behold, I see them climbing over the fence into meerendal. Sadly for these chaps, our club officer was on the trail and he soon apprehended them and they were ordered to pay up immediately.

Most of you folks on the trails are an awesome bunch so if you see us policing out there, please give a smile and a wave to make up for any verbal abuse we receive

Im a dirt sucker, I go to Magic Forest, I aint a Tygerberg member yet.....however I must admit, I havnt been there in a while and went today and see you guys fixed the trails nicely, well I assume it was you, and for that reason I will get me a membership as I want to ride the other trails as well as I used to pay the day fee...imagine we need to start paying to use the road, I assume my TAX money includes that already?
