you had a door? luxury, I tell ya...

My dad would cut us into little pieces, put us in a plastic shopping bag, and throw us out the window about a hundred miles from the school. But if you tell the kids of today what it was like back then, they just don't believe you.

Rondebosch and Bishops first teams are not too great this year. Tomorrow's game is a battle to avoid the wooden spoon. SACS vs Wynberg is going to be a cracker

Sorry chaps, just about every ct school looks like that re parking and also re extremely poor driving by both parents and kids new to driving.

I have noted that the private schools are far worse re the issues above. One school in particular down the road from where I live is shocking. People in suvs park half on the sidewalk / half on the cycle lane, on the side walk by pedestrian crossing. It gets to t

he point where should you be a pedestrian you have to walk in the street as you can't fit past the cars on the pavements our if you are cycling you are forced into the road proper. These parents have no consideration for their fellow man and unfortunately their kids will be learning from them.

If you ever cycle through ct cbd you would now the high number of cyclists commuting through the day and also the increase in cycle lanes (mostly painted), unfortunately these lanes serve more to allow cars to either double park or use as another lane to drive in. And if you point this out to them you can be sure they will get upset.....at least this is from my past experience.

That's nothing, my dad didn't even stop when he threw us out the car.
