Jurgens Smit Posted May 17, 2017 Share My tss has been hovering around 450-500 for the last 2 weeks and will stay there for the next 3 as I head into exam season. Lots of shorter rides at way harder intensity though. Hoping I can maintain my current fitness and just work on the endurance I may have lost with the shorter rides when I get back to proper training. Includes a variety of rides, including races, recovery rides, tempo, threshold and other. Try to have a longer term plan to try and motivate you. Take a race in a few months and work out a few blocks backwards. Suffer now in training! If you guys are interested in upping your weekly TSS you should really consider something like a triathlon-style training program. Cross-training just provides so much more opportunity to increase overall fitness, especially swimming. Since the start of 2015 to date I have averaged a weekly TSS of 815 at an IF of 0.75.
