Just started again so I just *** off 3 days in a row. Rested today as I felt quite broken this morning.

Atl can't be negative. You're probably confusing atl with tsb

I gave my fatigue (100) and form (-30) scores. My fitness score is 65

 

Get confused which 1 is which

Fatigue is atl. Acute training load

Form is tsb. Ctl minus atl

Fitness is ctl. Chronic training load

Mustered up the courage to calculate my TSS for the last 7 days which is 730.

 

All indoor trainer using Zwift (FWIW)

 

Would have been much lower, but there are these things called group rides, which is thinky veiled races where swedish superhumans spend winters in sub zero pain cave temperatures doing nothing but Zwift rides at 200% ftp #justsaying
