Wonder why he has to have the test done in Kenya? Surely the medical facilities are better and more advanced in either the UK or Monaco?

 

Sometimes its better to get tested for these kind of things in the places were they (the testing laboratories) are used to seeing / finding them.

 

I've seen it where people pick up something like malaria in Africa and then return to Europe and the Dr's don't expect it because they are not used to seeing it on a regular basis

Fair enough, but he knows what to tell the dr to look for.
