I've heard many people saying it's a good idea to get a Vitamin B injection as a "pick me up" fix. Anyone share this opinion or not as I'm really feeling worn out the past week and a half.

Could possibly help or would it just be a temporary fix which will make you down and out after a day or two?

Open to suggestions!

do it.

if youre so inclined, get the vial from the pharmacy along with some syringes and needles, then sommer stick yourself at home.

Been on a six week course to get my immune system up, along with some oral vits. and it has made a huge difference.

Theres a mobile nurse that I make use of (Heard a lot of other Triathlete make use of her too) .... and surprisingly enough I too need a 'pick me upper'.

Shes coming to my work on Thursday.

Long story short, get the jab. I believe it works.

Definitely works

I go for the Neurobion injections, pretty much the same with a few extra's in it.

You can get the tablets but Ill more than likely forget to take them so I suck it up and get the prick in my arse

This vit B thread is very similar to the one a couple of weeks ago. A lot of responses claimed that it was the way to go.

My two training partners have been doing these shots, I haven't. It has made no difference to their performance, compared to mine.

Neither of them are faster, stronger or able to train longer than they did before.

IMO it's all in the mind. Eat, rest & train properly, and you don't need them.
