Started using USN Cyto Power HR. Noticed during long and post rides pee is blood red/brown (using grape flavour).

Does anyone know what gunk may be in this product to do this, or had similar experience?

Do they use colourants derived from beets in that product? Some individuals will have dark/red urine after consuming beets.

I thought i was busy dying but then realised what had happenedph34r.png

Was about to say that if i pee'd red i would be hearing alarm bells ringing very loud...the kind that say "Go see your Dr, Go see your Dr, ..."

Did not know that about beet, maybe will add some beetroot to the menu tonight..

How much beetroot must you eat to see the red in your pee?

How much beet must be added to to a supplement to see red pee??

[insert Alarm bells ringing in the background] sound

if it bothers you, stop doing it. Maybe it is you, and not the product?

however, as you were on a long ride, the dehydration theory has some merits.
