hands up - who paid to ride with lance when he was here a few years ago....

Hahaha, luckily not. Wasn't there some gala dinner as well where guys had to fork it out to sit close to him? Smell that.....? Smells like chilled blood bags and EPO.

Oprah. The forgiver of all sins. Let's all shed a tear and say a collective "aaaah". Livestrong bangles and shirts under your seats boys and girls. Douche bag.

and the best is Oprah forgives unconditionally, not even one hail Mary.

why is he apologizing to livestrong staff? he should apologize to everyone who's life he ruined. Lemond, andreu, landis, etc

Um Landis was quite happy to cheat and then lie about it too...

I want a refund on my books now that its official !!

Perhaps we can have a Armstrong book burning get together. That should give some satisfaction considering refunds are out of the question...

He certainly did make things hard for Lemonds bike business and the Andreu's, no question. Landis was no saint though

There was a thread about it at the time but the search doesn't pick it up.

He did not lie in his books, he just withheld critical pieces of the truth. Maybe he can publish a new edition which includes the bits about doping he left out initially. This can then be made available for free download, with LA donating a set fee to charity (or WADA or Betsy, or Le Mond, or Simoeni, or anyone else he hurt) for each download. THat would be repentance.
